This is a onsite position, located in Bradford, Ohio Are you an experienced Safety professional? Are you passionate about maintaining a culture of safety while managing day-to-day safety operations and continuously improving safety practices. Currently we are seeking to fill our opening for a Safety Manager. Duties include but not limited to: Accident investigation and reporting information to insurance company Equipment incident reporting and investigation Help maintain DOT compliance on all drivers and files Working with drivers concerning daily issues Able to answer questions on Federal
DOT, FMCSA
regulations and OSHA regulations Knowledge of Hours of Service Regulations - Able to set-up and train drivers on Electronic Logs (E-Logs)
Requirements:
Must have 1 year verifiable experience in a Safety role Must have good computer skills, experience with MS Excel spreadsheets. Ideal candidate would possess the following, but are not required: Class A CDL Knowledge, McLeod System Knowledge and Samsara System Knowledge.
