Direct Hire Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead and drive compliance, safety initiatives, and environmental programs across our Cleveland operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a strong culture of safety throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and management of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) programs and systems Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple work areas Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Develop and implement policies, procedures, and safety programs aligned with ISO 14000 and

OHSAS 18001
