• Your Mission
• Driving a robust, prevention-forward safety culture with our senior management team is your main role. Collaborate across divisions including Transportation, Warehouse Operations, and HR to protect our associates, clientele, and brand.

• Key Contributions You'll Make:

• Proactive Safety Leadership
• : Foster a proactive approach to safety, utilizing a behavior-based strategy and leading risk assessments, safety audits, and incident reviews.
• Transportation Safety Oversight
• : Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA standards, provide guidance to CDL operators, and spearhead initiatives to minimize vehicle-related risks.
• Operational Safety Assurance
• : Oversee OSHA compliance across facilities, perform job hazard assessments, and promote safe practices in food distribution and beyond.
• Risk Management Excellence
• : Manage worker's compensation processes, lead investigations, and support optimized claim resolutions and return-to-work programs.
• Safety Culture Enhancement
• : Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, mentor leadership teams to reinforce safety ownership, and foster communicative safety practices.
• Your Qualifications
• Essential
• : High School Diploma/GED with 4-6 years' experience in occupational safety or a related field.
• Preferred
• : Bachelor's degree in HR, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, or a similar domain.
