Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee company safety programs, field compliance, incident investigations, and safety training coordination. This position requires regular field presence and close collaboration with operations leadership to support safe work practices across multiple crews and job sites. This role is best suited for candidates with strong field safety leadership experience in construction, utilities, telecom, traffic control, or similar field operations environments.
Starting Salary:
$65,000, depending on experience. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of safety leadership experience in construction, utilities, telecom, traffic control, or similar field environments OSHA 30 certification required (OSHA 510 or
OSHA 500
preferred) Traffic Control certification First Aid / CPR certification Experience conducting field safety audits, incident investigations, and managing safety programs across multiple crews or job sites Key Responsibilities Oversee company safety programs and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Conduct field safety audits and job site inspections Lead incident investigations and ensure proper documentation and follow-up Partner with operations leadership to promote a strong safety culture in the field Support and coordinate safety training for field crews Maintain accurate records of safety observations, incidents, and corrective actions Additional Requirements Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document observations and findings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with supervisors, field crews, customers, managers, and regulatory partners (OSHA, WSDOT, etc.) Ability to follow established protocols, work independently, and maintain professionalism in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must meet insurance requirements) Proficiency with Microsoft tools including laptop/tablet use, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint Join Our Team If you are a safety professional with strong field leadership experience and a passion for maintaining safe operations, we encourage you to apply.
