Job Description
Manages the implementation, development and delivery of various program area(s) and/or membership. Areas of focus may be health/wellness, aquatics, teens, childcare, and/or other program area(s). Recruits, trains and supports assigned staff and volunteers. Additional responsibilities include hiring, onboarding and training of staff; curriculum development; budget control; and adhering to all regulatory and Association standards. Assists with annual campaign activities. Considers the size, scope, and budget of program area(s) and branch volume in classification.
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of two years of work experience Experience directing programs through supervision of volunteers and staff Previous experience with diverse populations YMCA Team Leader certification preferred Must be fluent in spoken and written English Obtain and maintain all new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hireBenefits
