We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior HSE Alliance Manager to support a national life sciences client with large projects in multiple locations across the US in Life Sciences North America (LSNA)'s project portfolio. As part of our team, in this initial remit you will provide support to the HSE Director for Life Sciences North America (LSNA), and Regional HSE Managers. You'll serve as a business partner working with Client HSE and Senior stakeholders, and Jacobs HSE Managers, Project Managers and Construction Managers to lead HSE excellence and deliver project and initiatives ensuring no worker injuries or negative impacts to our client's business continuity. We'll ask you to support BeyondZero performance that is inclusive of the Line of Business' (LOB) vision and strategic plans as well as provide overall leadership, management and direction to the Jacobs team and clients assigned. We'll rely on you to take personal ownership and responsibility for protecting people from harm and for driving Jacobs' strategies and performance while supporting continuous improvement and building alliances with client leadership. You'll own and maintain open communication with the HSE Director for Life Sciences North America, and HSE Regional Managers as well as client leadership and peer LOB HSE team members to provide technical resources guidance, to ensure alignment and to ensure consistent implementation of HSE process tools that support LOB HSE strategic plans and objectives. This position will have multi-site and multi-client responsibilities for all

initiatives related to the continued development of HSE practices, compliance to corporate initiatives as well as legal and regulatory requirements. By establishing working relationships, you'll provide visible support and leadership to all client and LOB stakeholders (to include offices and projects/programs) by providing interpretation, training, technical review and support, regulatory guidance and governance oversight to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of the Jacobs HSE program. This key position will be the champion driving best practices and continuous improvement efforts for positive motivation, employee development and resource planning that meets or exceeds overall HSE business goals & objectives. You will work on problems of technical and legal scope requiring critical thinking and interaction with internal and external technical professionals along with individuals representing official agencies. Exercises broad judgment within generally defined practices and policies. You will be considered a primary subject matter expert on all HSE topics. You'll be charged to support and/or lead incident notification, investigation and reporting process, as well as facilitating injury management and return to work process. You'll support the development of Jacobs project specific HSE plans, review subcontractor hazard assessments and deliverables, and participate as required in operational readiness reviews, monthly assessments, management system reviews, and/or other forums relevant to project success. While administrative duties associated with a role such as this are many, to role model what's expected and the delivery of Jacobs BeyondZero culture, the real heavy lifting of this work is in the field where the work takes place and developing relationships with the team members delivering it.   • A professional HSE Certification and/or degree in construction safety, industrial hygiene, engineering or related field; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience demonstrated a similar leadership role in managing Construction Health and Safety, including a staff of 5 or more direct reports.
  • Experience with managing and conducting safety training
  • OSHA 30 Hour Training (construction)
  • Experience delivering safety training, toolbox talks, and/or similar "outreach" and coaching Ideally you'll also have:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
  • Working knowledge in applicable regulatory compliance, as well as all federal, state and local agencies requirements.
