Will ensure that the organization has a systematic approach to complying with environmental regulations, such as managing waste or air emissions. Other responsibilities may include finding ways to reduce the organization's carbon footprint.

Shift Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, safety, and energy management programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, and other applicable regulations. Coordinate safety, environmental, and compliance training programs, including employee orientations and ongoing education. Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and hazard assessments while recommending and implementing corrective actions. Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste records, environmental permits, reporting requirements, and regulatory documentation. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and coordinate annual audits and compliance activities. Oversee Workers' Compensation reporting and case management while supporting a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety & Health, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, EH&S Management, or a related field preferred. 2-4 years of Environmental Health and Safety experience preferred. Knowledge of Pennsylvania hazardous waste regulations and environmental reporting preferred. Experience with Workers' Compensation reporting and case management. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems; knowledge of chemical or waste treatment processes is a plus.
