Job Description

GreenArrow is seeking a Safety Specialist to enhance safety practices across client operations. In this role, you'll assess job sites, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety programs tailored to diverse service environments. You will lead training sessions, perform audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards. Partnering closely with operations teams, you'll analyze incident data, recommend corrective actions, and track performance metrics. This position suits a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in the field, communicates clearly, and promotes a strong culture of safety and accountability. Responsibilities Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across client sites Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for field and operations teams Monitor compliance with OSHA and relevant industry safety regulations Investigate incidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions Analyze safety data and metrics to track trends and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety into daily operations Prepare safety reports, documentation, and client-facing recommendations Required Skills Occupational safety and health regulations (OSHA) Risk assessment and hazard identification Incident investigation and root cause analysis Safety auditing and inspections Safety training design and delivery Report writing and documentation Data analysis for safety metrics and KPIs Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Behavior-based safety practices Regulatory compliance management
