Job Description
All America Threaded Products is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, and 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match. The Office Manager will support office administration, human resources, and safety functions. The position requires a full-time commitment, working on-site Monday through Friday at our facility located in Lancaster.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Manager will oversee tasks pertaining to human resources, warehouse safety, and general office administration/clerical work. Duties include but are not limited to: Human Resources Basic intake of HR issues. Coordination with the HR manager for complex HR issues. Referring new employees to drug screening and recording results. Supporting the organization by administering programs and policies. Safety Administration of the warehouse and production safety program. Ensuring that training records, worksite postings, and workers compensation files, and other worksite documentation is properly maintained. Handling basic safety issues while referring more complex issues to the HR manager. Documenting terminations and disciplinary actions. Office Administration Basic intake of HR issues. Administration of the warehouse and production safety program. Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on office-related procedural changes. Assisting with completing clerical tasks, report preparation, managing facility engagement events and other services as requested by management. Required Skills & Experience:
We are seeking an applicant with at least 4 years of administrative or human resources experience in any combination of practical experience and/or education.
Additional qualifications include:
Human Resources experience as a generalist or coordinator. Warehouse or manufacturing safety program administration. Ability to speak, read, and communicate in English. Experience with the Microsoft 365 family of products, specifically Excel and Outlook. Willingness to work in-person in a professional office setting. Effective and personable communication skills both over the phone and in email.
Preferred Qualifications:
