Plan and execute risk assessments tailored to injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, robotics, and auxiliary processes (JHA, PHA, machine guarding, LOTO, confined space, hot work, ergonomics, chemical handling). Lead incident investigations with robust root‑cause methods; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and sustained. Develop and deliver training for new hires and incumbents (LOTO, forklift, crane, hazardous materials, emergency response, contractor orientation, and more). Maintain the

Chair the Safety Committee, strengthen engagement through safety talks, near‑miss reporting, and behavioral‑based safety. Act as primary contact for regulatory inspections, insurance reviews, and corporate audits; present monthly EHS and facilities performance to senior leadership. Facilities and contractor stewardship Oversee and manage third‑party contracts for utilities, building and grounds maintenance, and service providers (waste removal, pest control, security, janitorial, landscaping, fire systems, etc.). Supervise an EHS/Facilities Coordinator (1 direct report) and guide their development and daily priorities.
