Samet Corporation, a family-owned construction leader since 1961, is seeking a Regional EH&S Manager to join our Charleston team and champion safety across our dynamic project portfolio.

What You'll Do:
Lead with Impact Provide clear, confident safety leadership across multiple job sites in your region Serve as the go-to technical resource and trusted advisor for project teams Drive our Safety and Incident Prevention Program with passion and purpose Ensure Excellence Maintain rigorous compliance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, and near misses Perform comprehensive safety assessments and communicate findings to regional leadership Educate and Empower Train associates and trade partners on critical safety topics Lead engaging safety orientations that set the tone for our safety culture Facilitate meaningful safety meetings that drive awareness and accountability Review and manage safety submittals with meticulous attention to detail Collaborate and Consult Work effectively with our diverse workforce and trade partner community Provide expert guidance to subcontractors when they need support Build strong relationships that make safety a shared commitment
What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications OSHA 30 Hour and/or 500 Hour Construction Safety Training Certification Additional credible safety accreditations Proven experience in safety management within the general construction industry Strong leadership skills and ability to influence across all levels Preferred Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Current CPR and First Aid certification Samet is a leader in design-build construction and real estate development services headquartered in Greensboro, NC, with a market focus on Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, and Multi-Family Housing.
