THE PROJECT MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERALL PLANNING, DIRECTION, MANAGEMENT, COORDINATION, IMPLEMENTATION, EXECUTION, CONTROL AND COMPLETION OF SPECIFIC PROJECTS ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS, WITHIN BUDGET COST FROM INITIATION THROUGH COMPLETION. THE PROJECT MANAGER LEADS JOINT PROJECT TEAMS
