Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Safety Professional to champion safety excellence at our Chattanooga Tn construction sites. In this vital role, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise will foster a culture of safety, mitigate risks, and promote occupational health for all team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead safety initiatives on dynamic construction projects, ensuring a secure environment for everyone involved. You must be local to Chattanooga, Tn This position does not provide per-diem or motel. Responsibilities Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans aligned with construction workplace safety regulations, ANSI standards, OSHA requirements Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards related to site safety procedures, occupational health, and general construction risks Coordinate with construction management to ensure adherence to occupational health protocols Oversee the proper use of Smart Barrel software for documentation, compliance tracking, and safety reporting purposes. Promote a culture of safety leadership by mentoring team members on best practices in construction site safety management. Experience Proven experience in construction site safety management within large-scale or complex projects 2 year min Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards, ANSI standards, Experience implementing safety training programs and conducting compliance management activities. Familiarity with construction management software tools used for safety documentation and regulatory compliance tracking. Leadership skills with the ability to influence teams positively and foster a proactive safety culture.
