Position Summary JSE Industries is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Safety Manager to lead and oversee workplace safety programs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and a proven ability to implement safety policies that ensure compliance and protect employees in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA standards Conduct regular job site inspections and safety audits to identify and correct hazards Lead safety meetings, training sessions, and new employee orientations Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety across all operations Monitor and enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements OSHA certifications preferred (e.g., OSHA 30 or higher) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills Experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments First Aid/CPR certification (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
