In this vital role, you will provide a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards while providing a safe work environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying risks, implementing safety protocols, and guiding teams to operate safely and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on project success and worker well-being through energetic leadership and meticulous safety management. Duties Providing comprehensive site safety programs aligned with OSHA construction workplace safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure adherence to occupational health standards. Manage incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, Workers' Compensation policies, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate safety documentation, logs, and records using construction management software and compliance management systems. Promote a culture of safety awareness through team leadership, motivational communication, and ongoing safety initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in construction site safety management with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and ANSI standards. Demonstrated expertise in risk management, occupational health, OSHA compliance, NFPA standards, and electrical safety procedures. Familiarity with construction management practices, construction regulatory compliance, and construction experience on active sites. Strong team leadership skills with the ability to safety protocols and foster a proactive safety culture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction management software for documentation and reporting purposes. Certifications such as First Aid & CPR, OSHA 30-Hour or 500-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred. Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), Workers' Compensation policies, EHS (Environmental Health & Safety), and compliance management systems is highly desirable.
