[US DC] FSQ Area Manager

Food Safety Quality Area Manager HelloFresh is seeking an FSQ Area Manager. The FSQ Area Manager is responsible for Manufacturing and is responsible for all supporting food safety and quality assurance-related internal audits in adherence with regulatory standards. The position supervises and supports all hourly Team Members (TMs). Additionally, the position supports the development, implementation, and management of food safety and quality control systems to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. Provide all employees with the necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction while evaluating team productivity and accomplishments. Maintain accurate documentation regarding GMPs, HACCP, Holds, Calibration, standard operating procedures (SOP's) and any other FSQA requirements. Initiates RCA investigations, executes pending preventive and corrective action requests (CAPA), including nonconformities from holds, internal and external audits.
