What You'll Do Drive consistent execution of Interstates safety programs, policies, and procedures across all assigned projects Partner closely with Operations leaders to build safety into planning, scheduling, and field execution Set clear expectations and help teams stay accountable for safety performance and compliance Lead serious incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions Track and report safety metrics, trends, and leading indicators to drive improvement Visit jobsites regularly to observe work, identify risk, and reinforce expectations Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and client-specific safety requirements Allocate safety resources based on project risk, complexity, and staffing needs Support preconstruction and project planning to identify and reduce risk early Lead or support internal and external safety audits Share lessons learned and best practices to strengthen continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field, plus 5+ years of related experience Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and electrical safety requirements Proven success leading safety execution in active construction environments Experience providing hands-on leadership as part of a field team Strong communication skills with craft personnel, supervisors, clients, and subcontractors Support project startups, turnarounds, and other high-risk work activities Ability to obtain client-required safety certifications and site-specific qualifications Ability to prioritize competing demands and stay effective in a fast-moving environment Preferred Qualifications BCSP certification OSHA Authorized Instructor Course #500 for
