Based on experience and qualifications•Highly competetive Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee and enhance service operations related to the maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire protection systems and safety equipment. This role is responsible for leading service technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all service activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards. Core Responsibilities Service Operations Management Oversee daily service operations including scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating service calls for maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to improve technical skills and performance. Develop and implement training initiatives focused on new technologies, safety practices, and regulatory updates. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related matters. Resolve service concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and effective management of service agreements. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all service work meets quality standards and complies with applicable codes and regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. Process Improvement Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize client and technician feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Budget & Resource Management Manage service department budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs. Optimize scheduling and resource allocation to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present reports on service department performance, including response times, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics. Maintain accurate records of service activities, work performed, and customer interactions.
