Job Description Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and employee orientations Maintain compliance with OSHA and client-specific safety requirements Track safety metrics and maintain accurate documentation Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate jobsite risks Support continuous improvement initiatives across field operations Utilize HCSS software for reporting and documentation Foster a proactive, safety-first culture on all projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of construction safety experience Experience supporting underground utilities, excavation, trenchless installation, or concrete projects Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices Experience conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations Ability to communicate effectively with field and management teams Experience with HCSS software preferred Mission critical or data center project experience highly preferred Valid driver's license If the project is subject to a legally mandated work authorization or citizenship requirement, candidates must meet all applicable project and contractual eligibility requirements.
