Job Description

Safety Manager - Traveling (Hotel & Casino Construction) We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support large-scale commercial construction projects with a focus on hotel and casino builds. This is a traveling role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile project environments. Overview The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing all safety protocols on complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong field presence and hands-on leadership across multiple job sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all site safety operations and initiatives Conduct regular jobsite safety audits and inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies Develop and implement site-specific safety plans Partner with project leadership, superintendents, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture Lead safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions Requirements 5+ years of construction safety experience required Proven experience on large-scale hotel and/or casino construction projects Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards Ability to travel and support projects across multiple locations Strong communication and leadership skills in field environments Travel This is a traveling role supporting projects across various job sites (travel required).
