Job Description
Dogwood Industries seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs in our modular manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll own EHS strategy and execution across plant and field activities, ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations while driving a practical, safety-first culture. You will conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, manage permitting and reporting, and deliver training to cross-functional teams. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and field services to embed safety into designs and processes, using data and audits to drive continuous improvement on innovative, nationwide industrial and defense projects.
