Construction Safety Manager

Job Overview The Safety Manager (SM) is responsible for implementing the company's efforts in the following areas: Safety Management Systems, Risk Management and Loss Reductions, Safety Audits, and Safety Training. The SM would assist with task pertaining to Fleet Operations. Implement and support company safety programs and policies Conduct jobsite safety audits and field observations Identify hazards and ensure OSHA compliance Prepare and distribute Predictive Solutions (PS) audit reports Assist with accident investigations, claims, and injury management Support OSHA inspections and subcontractor compliance Maintain safety files, logs, and SDS documentation Deliver safety training and jobsite safety meetings Partner with superintendents and project managers on safety planning Must haves: 5+ years experience with safety regulations and procedures, particularly with OSHA standards HS diploma and ideally a degree in a related field CHST or CSP or GSP certification is required
