We're looking for a Safety Advisory Director who can bridge strategy and real-world field execution, helping us strengthen how safety shows up across every job site. This is a role for someone who likes to think big picture and stay connected to the field. You'll shape safety programs, dig into data, improve systems, and partner with crews and leadership to make sure safety isn't just documented-it's lived. If you enjoy solving problems, tightening up processes, and helping teams get better every day, this is your kind of role.

You'll be the go-to person for all things safety systems, compliance, and continuous improvement, including: Building and refining safety policies and procedures aligned with OSHA andNFPA 70E
Owning safety documentation systems so everything is accurate, consistent, and audit-ready Digging into incident and near-miss data to find what's really going on-and how to fix it Leading incident reviews and making sure corrective actions actually stick Conducting audits and reviews across job sites, training records, and safety programs Turning regulations into clear, usable guidance for field teams Creating JHAs, pre-task planning tools, and risk assessment resources that actually get used Putting together safety reports and trends for leadership (and making the data make sense) Helping develop training content, toolbox talks, and field-ready safety resources Serving as a trusted internal advisor for safety documentation and compliance Partnering closely with project teams so safety is built into the work, not added afterWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5-10+ years of safety experience in construction, electrical, or industrial environments Strong working knowledge of OSHA andNFPA 70E
Experience with safety programs, audits, and compliance systems Comfortable digging into incident data and root cause analysis (not just surface-level fixes) Strong technical writing skills-you can turn complex info into something usable Familiarity with safety management systems and tracking platforms Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical project info Confident communicator who can work with both leadership and field teams Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, real-world environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordWHAT IT'S LIKE HERE
This is not a "sit in an office all day" safety role. You'll split your time between strategy, documentation, analysis, and getting out to job sites where the work actually happens. Travel is part of the job-and part of the impact. You'll visit active and upcoming construction sites throughout Spokane and surrounding areas to support safety program implementation, conduct audits, and work directly with project teams. Some travel may include overnight stays depending on project needs. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for approved travel, and reasonable travel expenses are covered.WHY ARC ELECTRIC
We're building more than projects-we're building a stronger safety culture behind every one of them. This role has a real voice, real visibility, and real influence on how work gets done in the field.Pay:
