Responsibilities As a Tower Foreman , you are responsible for leading the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge. In addition, you will: + Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group ( MNS ) Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual) + Understand and implement Industry standards ( OSHA , TIA10-48, NATE CTS , and ANSI ) + Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crew + Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites + Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew + Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership + Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort + Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces + Coordinate with the customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with the customer representative + Provide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote learning to all crew members + Always maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition + Validate daily timesheets for Management + Serve as a mentor to new, less experienced technicians + Other duties as assigned
Qualifications About You:
+ Safety is a part of your day-to-day + You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality + You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work + You are looking for long-term projects + You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team + You have a high school diploma or a general education degree ( GED ) + You have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience + You demonstrate expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge + You have a working knowledge of safety standards and regulations + Owning a WSA certification is a plus + You possess job-related certifications, like First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
