Monthly safety audits are conducted, scored, and open items are tracked to closure — audit results are consistently improving quarter-over-quarter. Emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and first aid resources are current, posted, and practiced regularly across all shifts. Workers' compensation claims are actively managed — modified duty programs are utilized, claims are reported on time, and costs are trending down. What experiences will help you in this role: 3+ years of safety or EHS experience, ideally in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment. Formal or extensive regulatory experience and exposure. Responsibility for 300 logs, complaints, and onsite support. Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts. Direct, hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
