This role is responsible for supervising FSQ Technicians, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, sanitation, allergen, and quality programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate FSQ Technicians Lead and support food safety and quality programs including HACCP, GMP, CIP, sanitation, allergen controls, and internal audits Oversee CCP monitoring activities and ensure accurate documentation and compliance Support CAPA investigations related to process deviations, customer complaints, and product holds Coordinate monitoring, verification, validation, and pre-operational inspection activities Support third-party food safety and quality audits and corrective action initiatives Track and communicate Food Safety and Quality KPIs Provide technical support for change control and Stage & Gate processes Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and food safety excellence
Requirements:
High School diploma required Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in food or beverage manufacturing Minimum 5 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing, preferably in Quality, Food Safety, and/or Production Practical experience with HACCP, GMPs, food safety systems, and laboratory operations Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
