Our client is seeking an execution-focused Safety Manager to lead day-to-day safety operations, partner closely with field and shop teams, and strengthen our zero-incident safety culture. Competitive Pay:
$80,000
  • $120,000 base salary (dependent on experience).

  • Drive Safety Operations:
    Lead company safety programs in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry standards.
  • Hands-on Engagement:
    Conduct jobsite audits, lead root-cause incident investigations, and support pre-job kickoff planning. ...
  • Empower the
Team:
Deliver safety orientations, annual training, and field safety education across office, shop, and jobsite crews.
  • Manage Compliance:
    Oversee OSHA submissions, SDS, prequalification platforms (ISNetWorld, Avetta), union drug testing, and driver qualification files (MVRs). Qualifications
  • Experience:
    3-5 years in safety management within construction or specialty contracting.
  • Certifications:
    OSHA 30 required. CSP, CHST, or similar certifications preferred.
  • Expertise:
    Strong hands-on understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations, worker's compensation, and jobsite risk mitigation.
