We're looking for a hands-on Safety Manager to support mission-critical data center projects, someone who can lead from the field, influence teams, and help drive a strong, proactive safety culture.

What You'll Do:

Lead on-site safety efforts across fast-paced data center construction projects Ensure OSHA and client safety standards are consistently met Conduct daily site walks, audits, and safety meetings to identify and mitigate risk Partner with project teams and subcontractors to drive accountability and alignment Investigate incidents and implement practical, preventative solutions Support high-risk scopes including energized work, LOTO, fall protection, rigging, and excavation

What We're Looking For:

Experience in data center or mission-critical construction (or similar environments) Strong working knowledge of OSHA and complex, multi-trade job sites A field-first leader who communicates well and builds trust across teams Comfortable engaging both craft labor and project leadership
