You'll be supporting large-scale, high-profile data center builds for one of the top MEP contractors in the U.S. —projects that demand precision, pace, and strong safety leadership. What You'll Get Long-term project stability (12-36+ months) Consistent overtime (50-60 hours/week) Per diem available for travelers Work alongside a strong, collaborative safety team Exposure to complex, high-impact mission-critical builds Opportunity to mentor junior safety professionals and grow your leadership footprint What You'll Be Doing Leading jobsite safety efforts on active, large-scale construction projects Conducting site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments Supporting high-risk work planning (JHAs, PTPs, pre-task meetings) Driving a proactive safety culture with field teams and leadership Delivering toolbox talks, orientations, and training Partnering closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and project leaders Mentoring junior safety staff and helping elevate team performance Managing incident investigations, reporting, and safety documentation What We're Looking For 3+ years of construction safety experience (vertical or commercial preferred)
OSHA 510 + OSHA 30
(Required) BCSP Certification (CHST, ASP, CSP) - Strongly Preferred Experience working in active jobsite environments Strong communicator who can influence safe behaviors in the field Comfortable using tools like Procore, Excel, Teams Bonus Points For Data center / mission-critical project experience Background working with MEP contractors or complex trades Experience mentoring or leading other safety professionals Who This Role Is Perfect For Safety professionals who enjoy being in the field—not behind a desk Candidates open to travel and project-based work Individuals who want to grow into leadership roles on major builds People who take pride in owning safety culture on-site About Progressive Safety, an Examinetics company.
