Performs people management responsibilities for employees which may include but are not limited to: employee engagement, recruitment, performance management and development People Management Responsibility Performs people management responsibilities for employees which may include but are not limited to: employee engagement, recruitment, performance management and development Education BSN or ADN required Board certification in occupational health nursing preferred Experience Minimum of 3 years nursing leadership experience required Case Management, Occupational Health, ER or community health experience preferred Computer experience with Microsoft Office required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively. Good organizational skills required. Must be able to stoop, bend, reach, walk, and stand frequently. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 35 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to lift above head occasionally. Licenses and Certifications BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider- American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required Certified Occupational Health Nurse
- American Board for Occupational Health Nurses preferred License RN-Registered Nurse (30)
- State of Wisconsin required Patient Care Responsibility Provides care appropriate to patient population and as described in applicable policies and procedures.
