Registration:
Preferred Credential(s): Quality Professional. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board. Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board. Risk Management.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional requirements you'll need: Monday through Friday, day shift. Hours have some variability but typically 0730 to 1700. Successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in healthcare, preferably with a strong focus in quality, regulatory, performance improvement and/or safety.
