Sanitation Specialist Responsibilities :

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and other facility spaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap, paper towels). Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately. Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other surfaces. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed. Follow proper cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events and activities as needed.

Qualifications :

High school diploma preferred. Previous janitorial/custodian experience and cleaning service experience are preferred. Must be able to pass a background check.
