This is a 1st shift opening. In this role, you will maintain, update, enforce, and improve the food safety programs already established within the facility. You will lead HACCP risk assessments, identify physical, chemical, allergen, and microbiological hazards, verify the controls used to prevent those hazards, investigate food safety concerns, and help maintain compliance with SQF requirements and regulatory standards. You will also help lead the environmental monitoring program, conduct facility inspections, enforce GMP requirements, investigate deviations and nonconformances, lead CAPAs, train employees, maintain food safety documentation, and participate in audit preparation activities.
