Position Summary:

The Safety Specialist serves as a key field representative for health, safety, and environmental programs, supporting project teams in implementing and maintaining site-specific safety initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying hazards, ensuring subcontractor compliance, supporting safety training, and assisting with incident investigations and regulatory interactions. The position offers strong exposure to field operations and the opportunity to grow within a structured safety program while working closely with leadership and project teams.

Qualifications:

4+ years safety experience, preferably in the construction industry. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification required. CPR / First Aid / AED Certification required.

Pay:

$88,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
