Job Description

Job Description We are looking to add the next great team members to our Inspection Division . This role is ideal for motivated technicians with experience in testing and inspecting fire alarm and water-based fire protection systems who are looking to grow their career in life safety. We offer multiple technician levels with structured pay scales based on experience and NICET certifications . The more certifications and licenses you hold, the higher your placement and compensation. Pay structure and career path details will be reviewed during the interview process. If you have been in the industry, you know that technicians with 6 months or more experience should already be pursuing or have NICET Level I in Test & Inspect for Fire Alarm and Water-Based Systems. We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable, and professional communicators who take pride in quality work and customer service. We reward growth. Key Responsibilities Perform testing and inspection of fire alarm and water-based fire protection systems Accurately complete inspection reports and documentation Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members Maintain compliance with codes, standards, and company procedures Represent the company professionally at all job sites Requirements Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well with all team members and be a team player Communication between office staff and customers is a must.
