Position Overview - Cleaning Specialist We're hiring professional, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You'll be responsible for cleaning residential and/or commercial spaces to the highest standards while creating a positive experience for every client. As the face of Doozy, your work is essential to our reputation and growth. Responsibilities Perform high-quality cleanings in homes and businesses with attention to detail and care Follow detailed checklists and customer preferences to ensure a consistent, thorough clean Arrive on time, in uniform, and with a professional attitude Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues while on-site Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment Uphold Doozy's standards of excellence, safety, and respect in every space Represent the company's values with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations Excellent time management and ability to work independently or in a team Trustworthy, respectful, and professional demeanor Extreme integrity Physically capable of performing cleaning duties (bending, lifting, standing, etc.) Willingness to learn and grow with ongoing training and support Why Work with Doozy Cleaning Services?
