Role:

Join our growing team of environmental professionals providing inspections and sampling for residential and commercial properties across Florida. The position involves hands-on fieldwork, client communication, and report documentation related to indoor environmental quality, asbestos, lead-based paint, and related services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, or related field (preferred) Minimum 2 years of field experience in environmental inspection or consulting Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of HVAC systems, building envelopes, and remediation protocols Familiarity with environmental sampling methods and COCs Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Industrial hygiene or indoor air quality experience

Responsibilities:

Conduct field inspections, sampling, and documentation Prepare clear and detailed reports of findings Coordinate with clients, contractors, and property managers Travel to project sites (occasional overnight travel Maintain equipment, samples, and accurate records
