Our client, a leading aerospace and technology organization, is seeking an HSE Engineer to join their team. As an HSE Engineer, you will be part of the Health, Safety & Environmental Department supporting Production Teams and Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

00/hour based on experience What's the Job? Provide HSE field support to production areas and warehouse operations, including shop floor rounds, inspections, audits, and direct interaction with production teams. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, certifications, and safe work practices. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and support the development, review, and deployment of Safe Work Procedures and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs). Deliver HSE training to new and existing employees and participate in shift production meetings. Conduct and support incident investigations while tracking HSE actions and compliance tasks through the HSE Management System (MST). What's Needed? 5+ years of HSE experience with an emphasis on industrial safety. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience conducting incident investigations and reporting with a focus on continuous improvement. Proven ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with production teams to improve safety culture. OSHA 30 training (certified or in progress) is preferred. What's in it for me?
