Job Description

Safety Technician -
Tampa, FL Pay:
$26-$32/hr (DOE)
Job Type:
Long-term Summary:
Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, OSHA compliance, and proper use of PPE in a shipyard setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA standards
  • Lead safety training and ensure PPE compliance
  • Monitor confined space entry and fall protection
  • Investigate incidents and maintain reports
  • Respond to safety emergencies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Safety experience in industrial/shipyard environment preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Able to work in confined spaces, heights, and harsh environments
  • Physically capable (lifting, climbing, etc.
)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday + OT/weekends as needed #IND123
Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
