Pay Range:
$18.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift:
3rd Shift from 9:00 PM - 5:30
AM Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement Eclipse's safety trainings with Industrial Athletes (IAs) in accordance with corporate safety policies and procedures as designed and directed by Eclipse's Corporate Safety Team and the Corporate Safety Training Manager
  • Conduct New Hire IA warehouse general awareness training using Eclipse's standard training process and content
  • Train and evaluate IAs for eligibility to operate power industrial equipment (PIE) at the site in accordance with Eclipse's defined processes
  • Coordinate with Operating team for effective communication of Monthly safety training topics as provided by corporate safety and required for all IAs
  • Conduct refresher training or training on new procedures related to safe operations at the site level as requested by corporate safety
  • Monitor observations, near miss and incidents reported for the site to work with the sites Regional Safety Coordinator and Corporate Safety Training to establish additional training needs based on trends identified
  • Maintain all IA records related to training in accordance with Eclipse's standard operating procedures and OSHA requirements
  • Meet on a periodic basis with the Corporate Safety Training to review programs
