RESPONSIBILITIES

Expert knowledge on OSHA regulations Develop and maintain written safety programs and related documents (forms, templates, etc.). Prepare safety reports, including internal monthly reports and external reports. Lead incident investigations, including facilitating root cause analysis, creating action plans, developing safety alerts, and tracking closure of corrective action items. Develop Job Safety Analysis, PPE Assessments, confined space procedures, lockout/alternative protective measure procedures. Identify and address health and safety noncompliance matters, working with plant to provide solutions. Respond to regulatory requests and assessments and develop solutions for any enforcement actions. Assist in

ISO 45001 & 14001

certifications audits. Enforce all environmental and safety policies in accordance with company policies. Assist Hazwoper team with training and emergency situations. Perform emergency basic life support functions, first aid, and rescue functions. Assist EHS department with audits and inspections.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a related EHS technical field (relevant work experience may be considered as an alternate). 5+ years of safety manufacturing or chemical process experience preferred. Experience in generating, preparing, and writing reports. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong technical writing skills. Presentation and training experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Ability to communicate in both Korean and English is preferred.
