Job Description

Employee Health Administration Maintain confidential employee health files in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations. Assist with onboarding health requirements, including health questionnaires, immunization reviews, and required screenings. Track employee compliance with mandatory vaccinations, TB testing, fit testing, and other occupational health requirements. Schedule and coordinate employee health appointments and follow-up activities. Monitor and maintain employee health databases and documentation systems. Coordinate flu vaccination clinics and other employee health activities. Assist with employee health screenings and educational programs. Occupational Health Support Assist with the administration and documentation of workplace injury and illness reports, including first report of injury filings. In communication with the Occ Health RN, coordinate workers' compensation paperwork. Manage employee return-to-work documentation and restrictions. Under the direction of the Occ Health RN, support post-offer, pre-employment, and annual occupational health screenings. Compliance and Reporting Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local occupational health regulations. Maintain OSHA and other regulatory records as assigned. Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) as needed for proper recordkeeping. Generate reports related to employee health compliance and program participation. Support accreditation and regulatory surveys by providing required documentation and records. General Administrative Support In consult with Occ Health RN, answer employee questions regarding employee health requirements and processes. Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports. Maintain inventory of employee health supplies and coordinate ordering as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic recordkeeping systems. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Effective interpersonal skills with employees, leaders, providers, and external agencies. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications Medical Assistant (MA) certification or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure. Experience in healthcare, employee health, occupational health, human resources, or medical office settings. Knowledge of workers' compensation, OSHA regulations, immunization requirements, and employee health practices. Experience with electronic medical records and healthcare documentation.
