Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for a full-time on-site Safety Position in the trucking industry at our location in Melrose Park, IL. The role involves comprehensive oversight of safety procedures, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and monitoring driver performance. Responsibilities include facilitating safety training sessions, reviewing incident reports, maintaining accurate safety documentation, and implementing initiatives to enhance overall fleet safety and compliance. The role aims to foster a safe and efficient work environment for our drivers and ensure adherence to safety standards.
