Job Description

In 2020, our growing business started Cooperworks Industries, a plastic laminate cabinet company. Join our team and grow with us!
SANITATION SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair. Clean all restrooms. Maintain cleanliness of lunchrooms, conference rooms, gyms, foyers, game room and communal areas. Take out all office and communal trash. Sweep and mop office space as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Detail-oriented and thorough. Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance. Ability to keep the building clean and orderly. Ability to interact with employees and visitors at work while remaining professional, polite, and courteous Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals and documents. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
