Patrick Industries This position is a registered apprenticeship and will meet all the criteria required by the Department of Labor. Responsibilities Assist the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) team with workplace safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification activities. Support the maintenance of safety records, training documentation, incident reports, and regulatory compliance files. Participate in employee safety training initiatives and help promote safe work practices throughout the facility. Assist with environmental, health, and safety projects related to waste management, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement programs. Qualifications Currently enrolled in high school with an interest in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Manufacturing, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures, policies, and instructions. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace applications. Effective communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
