Compliance Coordinator Entry to Mid-Level | Contract | $21-$24/hr | Overview We are looking for a motivated Bilingual
EHS / ISO
Compliance Coordinator to help drive a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their EHS career who wants hands-on experience with audits, site safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment. You'll play a key role in supporting safety programs, conducting inspections, and helping teams meet OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards across the site. What You'll Do Support and conduct internal safety and compliance audits (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001) Perform regular site walkthroughs to identify hazards and ensure safe working conditions Help ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards Track and document incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions Support emergency response planning, training, and drills Help create and deliver safety training materials in English and Spanish Assist in preparing for external audits and inspections Work closely with site teams to strengthen safety culture and improve processes What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of EHS, safety, or compliance experience preferred (entry-level candidates with strong internships are welcome to apply) Working knowledge of OSHA regulations Exposure to
ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
standards is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish required, does not need to be fluent in Spanish but needs to be able to communicate with others in Spanish.
