$75,000-$80,000
Additional Compensation:

A growing manufacturing company in Markleville, IN is looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist to lead safety compliance, drive a strong safety culture, and protect the people behind the operation. If you're OSHA-savvy, solutions-oriented, and ready to make a real difference on the plant floor — this one's for you. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state regulatory requirements Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation Perform risk assessments and hazard analyses to proactively mitigate workplace risks Support environmental compliance programs and sustainability initiatives Conduct safety audits, inspections, and compliance assessments Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with leadership to strengthen safety culture and employee engagement Assist in developing and updating HSE policies and procedures What You Bring (Experience and Qualifications) Experience in a manufacturing environment (required) Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards Proven experience with incident investigations and risk assessments Familiarity with environmental compliance programs and reporting Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
