A Sanitation Specialist completes sanitation inspections and monitors sanitation practices for a company or government public health agency. Maintains cleanliness and equipment sanitation at a production facility, monitors safe storage of supplies, and inspects and monitors product safety. May inspect public and food service establishments and report on compliance with public health requirements, or advise on sanitation for public health initiatives.

Flour Mill Sanitation Specialists will be cross trained to perform a variety of tasks. You are responsible for food safety.
