Job Description
Cargill is seeking a Scale Assistant to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate weighing and documentation of inbound and outbound materials. In this role, you will operate and monitor truck and product scales, record data in digital systems, and verify shipping and receiving paperwork. You will work closely with production, logistics, and quality teams to maintain flow and resolve discrepancies. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and food safety standards, and clear communication with drivers and plant staff.
