Job Description
Adecco Staffing is working with a leading manufacturing company in Andover to bring on an experienced EHS Coordinator on a 6-12 month contract basis. This position offers the opportunity to support Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to a safe and productive workplace!
Shift:
Monday- Friday, 7:00AM
- 4:00
PM Pay:
$25- 40/hour Based on experience/education
Job Duties:
- Complete Health & Safety reporting, including
LTIR/TRIR
reporting using Sulytics and similar platforms- Conduct incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up
- Coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion
- Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) reporting and compliance activities
- Track and maintain air emissions data and reporting requirements
- Perform weekly and monthly safety assessments, inspections, and checklist audits
- Maintain accurate EHS records, documentation, and compliance files
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety and environmental compliance
Requirements:
- Previous Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experience required
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis preferred
- Familiarity with
LTIR/TRIR
reporting and EHS management systems such as Sulytics- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and cross-functional teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic recordkeeping systems
